Who's behind it

Built by someone who's done the work.

Josh started as a programmer, learning how websites are built and how search engines read them. That led him into search, where knowing how the systems work matters as much as what's on the page.

Since then he's seen agency work from every side. He runs his own marketing agency. He's built two SEO departments and an analytics department for other agencies, from the processes up. He's worked inside a leading SEO software company, advising enterprise teams, and consulted for brands including Amazon, Expedia, DSW and AutoZone.

Every time, he saw the same thing. Underneath the work clients see sits the work that never ends: audits, tracking checks, fixes and reports, repeated for every client. When that layer is strong, the agency grows. When it's thin, good people spend their days on it.

Rootcraft is what he built to fix it: software that does the recurring work, and people who make sure it works.
